Hay algo que yo llamo "la herencia invisible".

Es todo eso que un docente deja en sus alumnos y que no aparece en ningún boletín, en ninguna planificación ni en ninguna prueba.

A veces creemos que enseñar es lograr que un alumno apruebe un examen.
Pero muchas veces la verdadera enseñanza aparece años después.

Los docentes trabajan con contenidos, pero también trabajan con memorias, autoestima, identidad y posibilidades. Y aunque muchas veces no lleguen a verlo, hay palabras que siguen haciendo efecto muchísimo tiempo después de haber sido dichas. Esa es la herencia invisible.
