Food for Thought is a health and education program aimed at underprivileged children and their families in the community Monte Chingolo in the provinces of Greater Buenos Aires. We deliver nutritious food and use the arts as a medium to educate children between the ages of 6 and 12.

Once again, Fundación SES is creating opportunities for growth through its *Subir al Sur* program ❤️ This is Lucas, our volunteer from the Monte Chingolo neighborhood. He arrived in Hollókő (Hungary) yesterday to share volunteering experiences—and new ways of thinking about the world and the future—with other young people from around the globe. It brings us such joy to see someone from Chingolo in Hungary and to know that our fundación arche program, *La Sartén*, is making this kind of exchange possible. In the second photo, he is with Luna, who recently completed her own volunteer work here. That sense of feeling right at home during such a meeting is also part of the *Subir al Sur* exchange experience. Thank you, always! 🙌🏽🥰

Yesterday was the last day for our volunteers, Luna and Nando, at the Foundation. It is always a time for words of gratitude and a mix of emotions. The kids prepared surprises to send them off, and they will carry a piece of each of them in their hearts. Safe travels back! We love you both 💞 We hope to see you again someday. We’re going to miss you!! 🫂❤️❤️🫂 Thank you, Subir al Sur, for every experience you share with us 🙌🏽
