Access to education is stagnating globally.

In 2024, 273 million children and young people were out of school worldwide. This means that 1 in 6 school-age children are excluded from education..

NGC 4051 (also known as UGC 7030, PGC 38068, amongst many others) is a spiral galaxy located at a distance of 36.5 million light-years in the constellation of Ursa Major. It was discovered on the 6th of February 1788 by William Herschel.

NGC 4051 is a member of the Ursa Major I Cluster of galaxies, and based on its distance, it is around 80,000 light-years across. Morphologically, it is classified as an intermediate spiral, which means it is between a spiral-barred and a pure spiral galaxy.

The heart of NGC 4051 hosts an active supermassive black hole with a mass of 1.7 million solar masses. It is classified as a type I Seyfert galaxy, which means its nucleus's spectrum is dominated by broad emission lines.

NGC 4051 has moderately wound spiral arms that mix with dust lanes. Optical observations revealed numerous star-forming regions and their associated H II regions.

Finally, three supernovae have been discovered in NGC 4051: SN 1983I (type Ic), SN 2003ie (type IIP), and SN 2010br (type Ic).
