- What do they call you at Eloi?
Emi.
- How long have you been coming to Eloi?
Two years. Before starting school I did three months of regular classes and never left.
- If you were a tool, which one would you be?
I'd be my precision tweezers with an embroidery sticker on it. Not sure what that says about me.
- What else do you do in your life?
I'm a proud aunt, a collector of thimbles and of excuses to go to concerts, though I rack up more hours watching them in videos than actually going in person. I love rock music and rocks.
- What piece of contemporary jewelry would you buy?
A specific brooch from Benedikt Fischer's Pearly Whites series, from 2018. It's a brooch with thorns that I think is insane.
- Which jeweler would you have dinner with?
Shinji Nakaba. I think he's extremely cool!!!
- Which artist would you invite to your birthday? She always has such great looks and I want people that cool at my birthday.
- Why did you choose this piece?
It's the first piece where I felt like I was creating something truly my own, and so far it's also the one I had the most fun making.

They're ruby candies!
