Good evening everyone! With the updates on our Covid-19 issues, Senior Concert and Jazz Band rehearsals have been suspended until January of 2021. There are some packets of music for woodwind players when students are able to come back to school. Brass and Percussion students and Jazz Band members should work on what has been already given to them. Please remember to be safe, practice social distancing and MASK UP!! Peace --mjh

Good morning parents & friends! The Sr. Concert Band will be doing a virtual taping of our part of the 2020 Remembrance Day ceremonies. The final product will be shown next Tuesday (prior to the actual day). Thanks for the continued support and guidance! Peace --mjh

Hello everyone! BAND REGISTRATION for the NKEC programs will begin TOMORROW. Students will be able to pick up a registration packet to bring home. Please look through the information and send in the registration form as soon as possible. Thank you all for your continued support!

Hello Parents/Friends - with the additional two weeks away from school and the cancellation of all extra-curriculars through the end of April, the NKEC family of ensembles has withdrawn from the Annapolis Valley Music Festival. Our annual Evening With the Arts will be postponed to a later date. Please stay tuned for a new date. Peace --Maggie

My deepest apologies for cancelling today's rehearsal. My back has not bounced back like I need it to and I could barely stand by the end of the day. We'll get on track on Wednesday - Friday. Thanks for your patience...Maggie
