Job Summary

We are currently looking for dedicated professionals who would like to provide students with excitingly challenging English and Portuguese in-company training lessons in the cities of Cordoba, Rosario, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans in advance to teach core objectives and principles that are relevant to the lesson planning at the different CEFR levels.
• Deliver engaging business language lessons for small groups of people at their work place.
• Keep online daily records of the content developed in class.
• Track and issue quarterly performance reports to determine where changes need to be made and which strategies and methods are working.
• Attend monthly staff meetings to address unique situations or issues with individual students so you can adapt the lesson plan to meet their needs.
• Develop stable, solid relationships with students with appropriate boundaries in a business environment.

Job Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in English teaching
• Previous in-company experience teaching English/Portuguese
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Time availability for morning and afternoon lessons

Preferred
• International Certifications for English teaching (e.g. TKT, CELTA, DELTA, etc)
• Experience with and mastery of business English content
• Ability to build rapport with high rank executives
• Own mobility with a valid driving license
