What an absolute privilege to spend a few intense and incredibly rewarding days coaching at the CTRugby Academy in l’Hospitalet de l’Infant, Barcelona! 🇪🇸

A massive, heartfelt thank you to the visionary Mario Copetti for his incredible trust and the fantastic invitation to contribute to such a high-calibre programme. It was an honor to work alongside such dedicated players and passionate coaches like the legend Marcelo Chorny

The Advanced Coach Practitioner Course

Launching this course with Ed Cope Senior Lecturer in Coaching, has been an exciting and dynamic experience. The first cohort in March gave great feedback—we reviewed, listened, and adapted.

The course includes 4 workshops that blend research, literature, beliefs, and experience with on-field practice. At its core: developing knowledge, decision making, and expertise.

The 1 day course is designed for coaches looking to check and question their own understanding and practice, and is suitable for those working in school, club or pathway environments.
