💫Yesterday a student gave me this book. I am fascinated, it is a very good compilation of expressions that we use in Argentina. I was also surprised that it includes gestures like the ones we use to order coffee or check the bill at a bar.
In private Spanish classes I work according to the student's needs.
Sometimes we use what we call international or neutral Spanish, with a more neutral accent and that prioritizes the most widespread expressions in Spanish-speaking countries, avoiding communication failures.
In other cases, we use Spanish from Spain with its particular accent and taking advantage of songs and movies.
Many other students are interested in the culture and the way we speak in Argentina, either because they plan to move to this country or simply because they like our accent, our songs or our literature. I am using this book with them, it´s very interesting!
And you, what Spanish do you want to learn?
💫Ayer una estudiante me regaló este libro. Estoy fascinada, es una muy buena recopilación de expresiones que usamos en Argentina. Me sorprendí además con que incluye gestos como los que usamos para pedir café o la cuenta en un bar.
En las clases privadas de español trabajo según las necesidades del alumno.
A veces utilizamos lo que llamamos un español internacional o neutro, con un acento más neutro y que prioriza las expresiones de uso más extendido en los países de habla hispana, evitando fallas en la comunicación.
En otros casos, utilizamos un español de España aprovechando además sus canciones y películas.
Otros muchos estudiantes están interesados en la cultura y la forma que hablamos en Argentina, ya sea porque planean mudarse a este país o simplemente porque les gusta nuestro acento, nuestras canciones o nuestra literatura. Con ellos estoy utilizando este libro, ¡es muy interesante!
