SOPA VS. GUISO
Para los argentinos, no son lo mismo.

Un guiso es una preparación que se cocina en una olla con carne, verduras y legumbres durante mucho tiempo. El resultado es espeso, caliente y con mucho sabor.

La sopa es líquida, casi solo caldo. Son platos "primos" pero, para nosotros los argentinos, ¡no son iguales!
Acá te compartimos dos guisos típicos argentinos: el locro y el guiso de lentejas.

Otoño en BA, la época que la ciudad se vuelve amarilla, se escucha la hojarasca (?) volar y empezamos a cocinar guisos y sopas 😅.

Pero.. hay uno de nuestros árboles que va a destiempo 🤪 y nadie le dice nada!
El Palo borracho sigue floreciendo en otoño, llena la ciudad de rosas mientras que el resto de los árboles pierde sus hojas 🍁.

Fall in BA, the time when the city turns yellow, you hear the rustling of leaves flying, and we start cooking stews and soups 😅.

But... there’s one of our trees that’s out of sync 🤪 and nobody says anything to it! The Drunken Stick keeps blooming in autumn, filling the city with roses while the rest of the trees lose their leaves 🍁.
