Mixed out paint in a tiny bit of water, chosen three colors and painted right on the wipes. they can be very wet, so tried to limit the amount of paint and the board.
Neither the corners to the middle since the paint draws so well into (you can also put spots of paint around the napkin and roll it between your hands). Hang the up to dry and when they were dry board we those on middle and put into the pinch. Glued so the eyes and pipe cleaners on clothespin and draw on a mouth!
