Ambos são pronúnciados "cant"
No inglês britânico, mas, o bom é que no americano muda, bem, eu falo inglês americano, e nós pronunciamos o "can't" como "kent* aí não temos problemas

Vamos ao que interessa "c**t" é uma frase muito ofensiva para as mulheres não vou escrever o verdadeiro nome, mas, é relacionado à *va**na* para os curiosos.
