The NULMN has been designed within the frameworks of the EU Tempus Project Armenian Coordination Agency “University-Employer”, the aim of which is the modernization of the RA Higher Education, in compliance with the labour market requirements.
The NULMN incorporates a system for data collection, integration, processing and storage, which serves to provide regular receipt of information from higher education institutions and labour market on the teaching and training of human resources and the use of the latters’ competencies and to conduct targeted analyses of continuous improvement of the educational process.

The Armenian Coordination Agency “University - Employer” (ARARAT) Tempus Project (№ 530321-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-AM-TEMPUS-SMHES) Final Conference took place in the premises of Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) on 31st of March, 2016.
The conference aimed at presenting and summarizing the results and main achievements within more than three years of active cooperation between Armenian and European partner institutions which had the goal to ameliorate the relevance of higher education to ever-changing labour market needs through establishment and operationalization of Universities-Employers cooperation nexus in Armenia.
