Այսօր մեր պետության ու ազգի առջև ծառացած լրջագույն հիմնախնդիրների դիմագրավմանը զուգընթաց առաջնային է հավատավոր, հայրենասեր, բանիմաց ու լուսամիտ սերունդ կերտելու առաքելությունը, քանզի, ինչպես մեծանուն պատմիչն է վկայում, «բոլոր չարիքները մարդու միտքն են մտնում տգիտությունից»:

Աղոթում ենք, որ Տերը աննվազ եռանդ ու կորով շնորհի կրթության ասպարեզում իրենց ծառայությունը բերող բոլոր նվիրյալներին և լուսավորի միտքը աշակերտ և ուսանող մեր զավակների՝ նախանձախնդրությամբ գիտելիք ամբարելու և այն ծառայեցնելու մեր երկրի առաջընթացին, մեր ժողովրդի բարօր ու լուսավոր ապագայի կերտմանը։

Թող Տիրոջ օրհնությամբ այս նոր ուսումնական տարին բարեզարդվի բարի արգասիքներով՝ ի զորացումն մեր հայրենիքի և մեր ժողովրդի։

From the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin we extend Our Pontifical blessings on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge, congratulating all the teachers, students and schoolchildren of educational institutions.

For centuries, the development of education, science and culture have been a priority in the Armenian national-ecclesiastical life. Even in the difficult times of our nation's history, Armenian schools and their tireless workers educated and brought up worthy children of the nation, motherland and the Church, strengthened their love towards God, patriotism and national self-awareness.

Today, along with facing the most serious issues facing our state and nation, the mission of creating a religious, patriotic, knowledgeable and enlightened generation is paramount, because, as the famous historian testifies, "all evils enter the human mind from ignorance."
We pray that the Almighty Lord will bless all the devotees who bring their service in the field of education with undiminished energy and grace and enlighten the minds of our children, pupils and students, to accumulate knowledge with zeal and serve it for the progress of our country and building a prosperous and bright future of our people.

May this new academic year, with the Lord's blessing, be beautified with good results for the strengthening of our homeland and our people.

По случаю Дня знаний, письменности и грамотности из Первопрестольного Святого Эчмиадзина Мы приносим Наше Патриаршее благословение и поздравления всем сподвижникам дела образования, нашим школьникам и студентам.

На протяжении веков образование, развитие науки и культуры были приоритетом армянской национально-церковной традиции. Даже в трудные времена истории нашего народа армянские школы и их неутомимые работники обучали и воспитывали достойных сынов нации, родины и Церкви, укрепляли в них любовь к Богу, преданность родине и национальное самосознание.

Сегодня, наряду с решением стоящих перед нашим государством и народом серьезнейших проблем, первостепенную важность имеет миссия воспитания верующего, патриотического, сведущего и просвещенного поколения, поскольку, как свидетельствует знаменитый историк, «все зло приходит на ум человеку от невежества».

Ճրագալույցի Սուրբ Պատարագ տարվա ընթացքում մատուցվում է 2 անգամ` Սուրբ Ծննդյան և Սուրբ Հարության տոներին: Ըստ Հայ եկեղեցու՝ Սուրբ Ծննդյանը նախորդող մեկ շաբաթը պահոց շրջան է: Դեկտեմբերի 30-ից մինչև հունվարի 5-ի երեկոյան մարդիկ պահք են պահում: Այդ ընթացքում օգտագործվում է բացառապես բուսական ծագում ունեցող սնունդ: Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոնը սկսվում է հունվարի 5-ի երեկոյան և շարունակվում կեսգիշերից հետո:

Հունվարի 5-ի երեկոյան բոլոր եկեղեցիներում մատուցվում է Ճրագալույցի Սուրբ Պատարագ: «Ճրագալույց» նշանակում է ճրագ՝ մոմ, վառել (լուցանել): Այդ օրը երեկոյան, մարդիկ եկեղեցում վառած ճրագներն իրենց հետ տուն են տանում: Այն խորհրդանշում է աստվածային լույսն ու օրհնությունը: Ճրագալույցը խորհրդանշում է նաև բեթղեհեմյան աստղի լույսը, որն առաջնորդեց մոգերին դեպի Հիսուս Մանուկը:

✝️ EVE OF FEAST OF THE HOLY NATIVITY AND THEOPHANY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, CANDLELIGHT (LUCERNARIUM) DIVINE LITURGY

The period of fast comes to end in the evening of January 5 when a candlelight Divine Liturgy is celebrated and the great tiding of Jesus’ birth is proclaimed to the faithful.

Candlelight Divine Liturgy is served twice a year, at Christmas and Easter feasts. According to the Armenian Church, the week preceding the Feast of the Holy Nativity is fasting period. From December 30 until the evening of January 5 people fast. During this period food of exceptionally plant origin is consumed.
As according to the Church the day is changed at 17:00 p.m., after the evening service, the feast of the Holy Nativity and Theophany of Our Lord Jesus Christ starts on the eve, in the evening of January 5, and is continued after the midnight, on January 6.

On the eve a solemn Candlelight Divine Liturgy is celebrated in all churches. Following the conclusion of the Liturgy, the assembled faithful take lit candles and lamps home symbolizing the divine light and the blessing of the Church. Lighting lamps symbolizes the light of the Bethlehem Star which guided the way of the magi to the baby Christ.

✝️ РОЖДЕСТВЕНСКИЙ СОЧЕЛЬНИК

Св. Литургия Чракалуйца совершается два раза в год, на Рождество и Пасху. Согласно Армянской церкви, неделя, предшествующая Рождества Христа считается периодом поста. С 30 декабря до вечера 5 января люди постятся. В этот период употребляется пища исключительно растительного происхождения.

Так как церковный день сменяется в 17.00 часов вечера, вслед за вечерним богослужением, то Св. Рождество начинают праздновать 5-го января вечером и продолжают 6-го января. Вечером 5-го января во всех церквях служится Св. Литургия Чракалуйца. «Чракалуйц» (арм.) означает «возжигание светильников /лампад/»; зажигают также и свечи. В этот вечер люди уносят с собою в дома зажжённые в церкви лампады и свечи. Они символизируют божественный свет, благословение церкви.

Возжигание светильников символизирует свет Вифлеемской звезды, которая волхвам указала путь к Младенцу Иисусу.

ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի եւ ԱՀ ՄԻՊ-ի համատեղ հայտարարությունը

Արդեն երկու օր շարունակ Արցախը Հայաստանի ու աշխարհի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհը մնում է փակ։ Կանխամտածված կերպով դադարեցվել է մարդկանց ու ապրանքների տեղաշարժը, 120.000 երեխաներ, տարեցներ, կանայք ու տղամարդիկ Արցախում հայտնվել են գոյութենական թակարդում։

Տեղաշարժի արգելափակման պատճառով 1100 անձ այդ թվում ավելի քան 270 երեխա չեն կարողանում տուն վերադառնալ։ Անհետաձգելի բժշկական օգնության կարիք ունեցող հիվանդներին հնարավոր չէ տեղափոխել Հայաստան՝ մասնագիտական օգնության համար։ Դադարել է պարենի ու բժշկական պարագաների մատակարարումը։

Վտանգված է 120 հազար մարդու կյանքի, առողջության պահպանման, կենսապահովման, ազատ տեղաշարժի, կրթության և այլ կենսական ու անքակտելի իրավունքները։

Երեկ ժամը 18:00-ից ադրբեջանական կողմն անջատել է նաև Արցախի գազամատակարարումը ձմեռվա սաստիկ այս ցրտի պայմաններում՝ կիրառելով հումանիտար աղետ գեներացնելու դեռևս այս տարվա մարտին փորձարկված գործիքը։ Մարդիկ զրկված են ջեռուցումից, տաք ջրից, բուժհաստատությունները չեն կարողանում ապահովել առաջնային բժշական օգնություն, Արցախի ուսումնական հաստատություններում դադարեցվել է դասապրոցեսը։

Կենսական ճանապարհը փակած ադրբեջանցի «բնապահպանների» հավաքների ազատությունը «երաշխավորելու» համար, ադրբեջանական կողմից ավոտբուսներով քաղաքացիական հագուստով «ակտիվիստների» թարմ ուժեր են տեղափոխվում հավաքի վայր։ Ավելին, անհերքելի ապացույցներ կան առ այն, որ ճանապարհը փակած անձանց մեջ են նաև ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներ։ Հավաքի մասնակիցների մեջ մեծամասնություն են կազմում բացառապես պետական ֆիանսավորմամբ գործող «ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների» ներկայացուցիչներ։

Զուգահեռաբար հայատյացության պրոպագանդան անշեղորեն կատարում է իր խնդիրները՝ վառ պահելով ադրբեջանական հանրության ատելության մակարդակը։
Ադրբեջանական մամուլով ու սոցիալական հարթակներով օրեցօր պետական քարոզչամեքենան սաստկացնում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ միավորման դեմ ադրբեջանական հանրության զայրույթի ու ատելության հրահրման խոսույթը։

Նախորդիվ քաղաքացիական բնակչության թիրախավորման ու ահաբեկման դեպքերից հետո, դեկտեմբերի սկզբից մեկնարկած բոլոր այս փաստերի համադրված վերլուծությունն անկախ դիտորդի մոտ ամբողջացնում է ադրբեջանական պետական քաղաքականության նպատակները, այն է՝ հումանիտար ճգնաժամի միջոցով հայաթափել Արցախն ու բնաջնջել հայ բնակչությանը։

Նման պայմաններում նոր ցեղասպանությունը կանխարգելելու նպատակով հակամարտության հանգուցալուծմանը ներգրավված կառավարություններին ու միջազգային դերակատարներին կոչ ենք անում գործադրելու հնարավոր դիվանագիտական բոլոր միջոցները՝ դադարեցնելու Արցախի շրջափակումն ու վերականգնելու գազամատակարարումը, դադարեցնելու վերահաս հումանիտար աղետը և երաշխավորելու Արցախում ապրող մարդկանց իրավունքները։

Joint statement of Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh

It has been already two days that the only road connecting Artsakh with Armenia and the world remains blocked. The movement of people and goods was deliberately and premeditatedly blocked; 120,000 children, older persons, women and men in Artsakh have found themselves in an existential trap.

As a direct result of the blockade of the movement, 1100 people, including more than 270 children, cannot return home. Patients in need of urgent medical care cannot be transported to Armenia for professional care. The supply of food and medical supplies has stopped.

The right to life, health, an adequate standard of living, freedom of movement, education, and other fundamental rights of 120.000 persons are endangered.

Yesterday, at 18:00, the Azerbaijani side also cut the natural gas supply to Artsakh in these severe winter conditions, applying the same methods they used in march to create a humanitarian crisis. People are deprived of heating, and hot water; medical institutions cannot provide primary medical care, and the educational process in the educational institutions of Artsakh has been stopped.

To "guarantee" the freedom of assembly of Azerbaijani "environmentalists" who blocked the vital road, new groups of "activists" in civilian clothes are being transported to the place where the “protest” is held by the Azerbaijani side. Moreover, there is undeniable proof that there are servicemen of the Azerbaijani special service among the people who have blocked the road. The majority of the participants of the “protest” are representatives of non-governmental organisations who are exclusively financed by the Azerbaijani state.

In parallel, the propaganda of Armenophobia is achieving its purposes, maintaining the level of hatred of ethnic Armenians by the Azerbaijani society. Through the Azerbaijani mass media and social media platforms, the state propaganda machine is fueling hatred and anger of the Azerbaijani public, against the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

Taking into consideration the previous incidents of the targeting and terrorizing of the civilian population, the analysis of all these facts since the beginning of December summarizes the goals of the Azerbaijani state policy: the depopulation of Artsakh of its native Armenian population and their extermination through a humanitarian crisis.

To prevent a new genocide in these conditions, we call upon the governments and international actors involved in the resolution of the conflict to use all possible diplomatic measures to stop the siege and blockade of Artsakh, restore the natural gas supply, and stop the impending humanitarian disaster and to guarantee the rights of the people living in Artsakh.
