As an institution founded on the principles of academic excellence, civic responsibility, and democratic values, is proud to recognize two important civic holidays:

We wish our community a meaningful celebration of both occasions.

On May 27, the American University of Armenia (AUA) Career Services organized the 2026 AUA Career Fair, welcoming 50 companies and organizations to campus. The event created a dynamic space where students and alumni had the opportunity to discover career possibilities, interact with recruiters, and strengthen their professional skills through workshops and mock interviews. 🔹 Please note that campus will be closed on April 6 in observance of Easter Memorial Day.

Please note that, due to the threat made by Iran to target American universities in West Asia and the Middle East, all AUA classes on Monday, March 30, will be held fully online. The University administration is monitoring the situation closely and will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule or modality of instruction.

In taking this step, we emphasize that we have received no direct threats against our university, and no indication that we are in any kind of danger, so there is no cause for alarm. This is simply a precautionary measure, taken out of an abundance of caution, because the safety of our community is of paramount importance.

AUA community members, please check your AUA email regularly and rely only on official AUA communications for the latest updates.

Խնդրում ենք ի գիտություն ընդունել, որ ելնելով անվտանգության նկատառումներից և հաշվի առնելով Արևմտյան Ասիայի ու Մերձավոր Արևելքի ամերիկյան համալսարանների թիրախավորման վերաբերյալ Իրանի կողմից հնչեցված սպառնալիքները,երկուշաբթի՝ մարտի 30-ին, բոլոր դասերը կանցկացվեն առցանց ձևաչափով։ Նշենք, որ սա պարզապես նախազգուշական միջոցառում է: Համալսարանը ուշադիր հետևում է իրավիճակին և կտեղեկացնի ժամանակացույցի կամ ուսուցման ձևաչափի ցանկացած փոփոխության մասին։

Ցանկանում ենք ընդգծել, որ մեր համալսարանի նկատմամբ որևէ ուղղակի սպառնալիք չի արձանագրվել, և առկա չեն հիմքեր համալսարանի՝ վտանգի մեջ գտնվելու վերաբերյալ, ուստի խուճապի պատճառ չկա։
