The Institute for Security Analysis is pleased to invite applications for the Conflict Awareness School — a specialized training and research program designed for aspiring professionals in international affairs, security studies, and conflict-related fields from all over Armenia.

🎓 What the Program Offers
- Expert-led lectures by internationally recognized scholars and practitioners
- Core training on hybrid threats, hybrid warfare, and geopolitical resilience
- Strategic communication workshops tailored to current global challenges
- Deep dive into regional and global security dynamics

🏛️ Program Components

1 In-Person Training
📍 6-day intensive course in Armenia
For 30 selected participants across Armenia, this core module will explore conflict awareness, hybrid warfare, and contemporary geopolitical analysis through interactive sessions and practical case studies.

2 Research Fellowship
For 10–12 top participants, a competitive fellowship hosted at ISA will offer:
✔ Supervised research opportunities with Armenian and international experts
✔ Development of original research and policy-oriented publications
✔ Participation in advocacy and outreach initiatives
✔ Training in strategic communication, foreign influence analysis, and resilience-building
✔ Engagement in ISA’s broader knowledge network and policy ecosystem

- Strategic Communication in Times of Crisis
- Security Architecture of the Armenia and South Caucasus: Past, Present, Future

- Environment and Water Security
- Geopolitics of Misinformation: Actors, Narratives, and Counter-Strategies
- Forecasting Conflict: Tools, Indicators, and Intelligence
- Ethical Challenges in Modern Security Policy
- Conspiracy Culture and Narratives
- Soft Power, Strategic Influence and National Image in a Complex Security Environment

English proficiency level of B1–B2 is required.
The program is open for Armenian nationals only.
