🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷 You can’t master conversational English with only a textbook! To sound natural you also need slang words and phrases. Memorizing these words and using them in your speech will get you one step closer to sounding like a native.
Don't forget to write them in your phrasebook!!!
✅I feel you – I understand and empathize with you. “I feel you. That's too much money to pay for a concert”
✅I get it – I understand. “I get it now! Thank you for explaining that.”
✅Same here – I agree.
✅My bad – My mistake. “My bad! I didn’t mean to do that.”
✅You bet – Certainly; you’re welcome. ‘Helen: Thank you, Brian, for the money. Brian: You bet.Helen ’
✅No worries – That’s alright. "Sorry about last night, I was out of line." B: "No worries, man. I know you didn't mean it."
✅No biggie. No big deal. – It’s not a problem. John: "Thanks so much for watching the kids for me last night. " Dave: "No biggie, man. I'm happy to help out."

Short answers give a lot of information. Look at different ways to answer the question "Do you like...?". It will help you sound more natural rather than just saying "Yes, I do" or "No, I don't".
✅ No, not at all.
✅ No, not really.
✅ It’s Ok.
✅ It depends.
✅ Yes, sometimes.
✅ Yes, a lot.
Write them in your Phrasebook!!!❕❕❕
Our smart students keep sharing their knowledge. They are a bright light during these hard times!!!
We have covered so many exciting topics so far, but "Cooking" is the most popular topic among girls.
Let's watch what Yana has prepared for us!!!

When you started learning English “How are you?-I’m fine. Thank you. And you?” was probably the first thing you learned. But if you use it all the time it can get very robotic and a bit boring. Even in very basic situations, it’s better that your language is varied. So, how can you make it more interesting? Here are a few ideas on how to ask “How are you?”
• How’s it going?
• What’s up?
• What’s new?
• You alright?
• How are things?
