✅«Կորպորասիոն Ամերիկա Ս.Ա.» ընկերության նախաձեռնությամբ «Արմենիա» Միջազգային օդանավակայաններ» ՓԲԸ-ն մեկնարկում է «Հայաստանի շրջանավարտների մասնագիտական զարգացման» ծրագիրը նախաձեռնվել է բացահայտելու միջազգային մեծ հեռանկար ունեցող ուսանողներին Հայաստանում:

✅«Հայաստանի սկսնակ լիդերներ» ծրագրի մաս կազմող այս ծրագիրը եզակի հնարավորություն է ընձեռում վերջերս ավարտած հայ շրջանավարտներին և կարիերայի սկզբնական փուլում գտնվող մասնագետներին ձեռք բերել գործնական փորձ «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում, որին կհաջորդի միջազգային գործուղում «Կորպորասիոն Ամերիկա օդանավակայաններ» միջազգային ցանցի ընկերություններից որևէ մեկում ՝ Արգենտինայում, Բրազիլիայում, Էկվադորում, Իտալիայում կամ Ուրուգվայում։

📚“Rising Leaders Armenia” program launches new initiative: “Graduate Development Program Armenia”

✅Initiated by Corporación América S.A., Armenia International Airports CJSC is launching the Graduate Development Program Armenia, aimed to repatriate students with Armenian background and the desire to work in Armenia.

✅As part of the “Rising Leaders Armenia” initiative, the program offers a unique opportunity for recent Armenian graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience at Zvartnots International Airport, followed by an international assignment at one of the companies within the Corporación América Airports global network — in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, or Uruguay.

✅Upon completion of the program, participants return to Armenia to continue their professional journey, contributing to the development of the country’s aviation and infrastructure sectors.

🚀The program is designed to foster leadership, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration, while providing comprehensive support including training, temporary relocation assistance, mentorship, and competitive compensation.

✅At the initiative of "Corporación America S.A.", "Armenia" International Airports” CJSC is launching the " Rising Leaders Armenia" program this year as well, which aims to provide Armenian youth with the opportunity to discover their professional potential.

✅Within the framework of the program, 10 graduates of Armenian universities can receive full reimbursement of one year of tuition fees, with the possibility of extension, to study a Master's program at 7 universities in Armenia.

✅The goal of the program is to contribute to the professional development of the youth.
