🔈 Serob Petrosyan is one of the future doctors who did their best and impossible in the back during the 2020 Artsakh war, doing multicolored medical work.
Serob is studying the urology profession of Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi in the first year of clinical ordinature. Only a few days after the war began, Serob was already in the surgical department of ′′ Yerevan Gazor Hospital ′′ with volunteer principles and indefinite dedication to all the works.

Many medical education learners on war days were eyeed by their heroes that are more than exemplary for future doctors. Saving lives and providing medical care was a priority they made with high responsibility.
YSU college graduates 19 year old Hakob Gasparyan and Tigran Babayan have been on the front since the first day of the war and honored their mission, saving lives of many injured. After four years studying at the college, two friends of contract military service Passed in different battalions of the same army for three years. In March field, medical aid was shown and saved the lives of injured soldiers.

We are launching a neurological research project within the framework of the ′′ Horizon 2020 SCOUT ′′ program using the new Ser-Col system of blood sampling.

🔈 Foreign students have authorized an article on ′′ COVID-19-related biotechnical problems ′′ within the framework of the ′′ Bioetics ′′ course.
✅ Students of the 2th year of General Medicine Faculty Udhibir Kamaldip Sandhun, Khushbu Bhatnagar, Sumaya Khan and Anushka Gupta in English article address some of the most important issues emerging from different countries around the world.

The future doctor has realized with every life saved that he has chosen the right path
Under war conditions, or on peaceful days, the doctor is a warrior fighting for the life and health of the patient. During the 44-day war started last September, many future doctors volunteered or brought to the frontline to commit human and professional equipment.
Vahe Grigoryan, a student of the 5th year of YSU General Medicine Faculty of General Medicine, during military operations, courage, dedication of the homeland and unstoppable service of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, also received a certificate of the 27th year of YSU General Medicine.
He has been working as a nurse at the Sevan Medical Center emergency service since 2019 The war was offered to provide medical assistance to the ambulance group with ambulances.

The Medical University is again flooded with student spirit. The examination period for 1-3 year students started on January 8. Due to the epidemic and the observance of anti-epidemic rules, the examination period will last until January 29. We wish future doctors success and an effective academic year.

Last year was not free from losses either. It is with deep pain that the YSU proctology chair documentary specialist with long years of experience has passed away. The doctor was the author of many articles in domestic and foreign scientific magazines, an esteemed specialist, the lack of which we will all feel. Condolences to family members and relatives.
