Hello everyone!!! 👋😄☀️
We're excited to announce that from September 16—22, 2024, we'll be hosting an extensive BioDynamic Breathing training session in Armenia. Over the span of 7 days, we'll delve into powerful and sometimes unconventional techniques focused on working with the body, breath, and energy. The primary goal is to eliminate bodily tensions, fascial strains, and mental blocks.

We (Giten Tonkov and Artur) have prepared a series of materials to share the unique aspects of our work with you. It so happens that 'Mindfulness' is the first topic we've chosen to explore.
Right off the bat, we want to expand this concept and its context by introducing notions such as enlightenment, mental clarity, mind enrichment, and the integrity of thoughts and feelings. While these terms are fairly well-known, we aim to direct your attention to something quite special.
Specifically, there's a moment just before mindfulness becomes apparent. It's elusive, often fleeting, and typically doesn't get much attention - a delicate, concentrated sensation. In other words, before you achieve mindfulness, you'll experience at least a brief moment of incredible unity, focus, and physical sensations.
This is a crucial element of mindfulness, where these unique feelings of enlightenment and mental clarity are unmistakable, akin to a bright and pleasant glow.
It's evident that the body plays an active role in the process of achieving mindfulness - like building an invisible bridge between the unconscious and consciousness. It's when hidden laws suddenly come to light under your understanding. This is something inventors, artists, scientists, spiritual practitioners, and people who make quick, significant, and risky decisions experience.
Simply put, feeling precedes mindfulness. This ability makes us - humans, unique beings, creative, agile, and free in thought, liberating us from mental imprisonment, automatism, traps, blind spots, and conditioning.
Through BioDynamic Breathing, we can develop these qualities and turn them into a manageable skill through work with the body, breath, and energy.
In conclusion, we'd like to propose a fascinating exercise. Take a challenging situation, preferably a current one, and try to capture in detail what you feel in your body when you think about it.
Now, ask yourself: 'what is my feeling towards my sensation?' For instance, it could be awkwardness towards your anger, confusion towards your sadness, or even - joy towards your irritation.
Anxiety about your joy (it sounds odd, but it happens).
What this will give you:
1. First and foremost, an understanding of what you're truly feeling deep down, and whether you're confusing these feelings.
3. You might discover something you unconsciously enjoy, even if it seems odd at first glance. Or conversely, something you dislike, even though it appears good.
3. The process initiated will lead to the realization of unconscious processes and pivotal moments that have been influencing you, continuing to slip by unnoticed.
4. Strengthen the connection between body and mind.
This is one of the ways to enhance your mindfulness, stepping out from under the influence of automatism and conditioning. After all, we're governed by what we fail to notice.
