Mane Foundation supported the International Conference on Economy, Business, Innovation, and Technology (ICEBIT 2025), organized by the Fakulteti i Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës. The conference brought together academics, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss how innovation and digital transformation are shaping modern economies. Elvin Nosi, HR Director of BALFIN Group, highlighted the importance of stronger cooperation between universities and businesses, and the need to prepare students with practical skills that match today’s job market.

Through internships, employment programs, and entrepreneurship support, we aim to help students gain real work experience and grow professionally.

Dje në TEG u zhvillua ceremonia përmbyllëse e konkursit rajonal për dizajnin e qëndrueshëm Riciklo Kreativ 2025. 💡
Ky edicion solli bashkë studentë nga Shqipëria, Kosova dhe Maqedonia e Veriut, që prezantuan punimet e tyre para publikut dhe jurisë.

🔹 Më shumë se 2,000 vota nga vizitorët u dhanë për veprat e ekspozuara në qendër, duke e kthyer TEG-un në një hapësirë ku krijimtaria e të rinjve takohet me ndërgjegjësimin për riciklimin dhe ripërdorimin e burimeve natyrore. ♻️

Ky projekt vazhdon të mbështesë studentët e arkitekturës dhe dizajnit, duke i inkurajuar të eksperimentojnë me materiale të riciklueshme dhe të sjellin ide të reja për mjedisin urban.

Riciklo Kreativ është organizuar nga Fakulteti i Arkitekturës dhe Urbanistikës, në bashkëpunim me TEG, Mane Foundation dhe B4Students.

🎉 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting students from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, Denmark, at our BALFIN Retail offices! 🇩🇰✨

A group of bright minds explored the operations of four BALFIN Retail companies: Fashion Group Albania, Jumbo Albania, Neptun Albania, and SPAR Albania, where they gained insights into marketing, logistics, online sales, and more. 🛍️💡

The visit concluded with an insightful meeting at Tirana East Gate, where students met with key representatives and learned about marketing strategies and retail management. 🌍
