Aida Goga will speak at the Education Today Conference on the topic "Effective Leadership Through Dialogue and Communication Skills." She is a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, University of Tirana. From 2016 to 2024, she served as Head of the Department. She graduated in Philosophy in 2000 from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. In 2014, she earned her PhD from the Institute of European Studies and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2022. Her academic and research interests include philosophy, education, ethics, and leadership. She teaches at both Bachelor's and Master's levels and has authored over 20 papers and publications nationally and internationally. Her current courses include Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophical Anthropology, Leadership and Standards, Contemporary Ethical Theories, and Education Sciences. Since 2020, she has also been an expert at the Center for School Leadership.

Ernestina Halili will speak at the Education Today conference on the topic "Effective Leadership through Dialogue and Communication Skills."
Associate Professor Dr. Ernestina Gjergji (Halili), a lecturer at the University of Tirana, is a distinguished academic and author. She has published poetry, academic monographs, and bibliographies housed in major international libraries. A national trainer and researcher in education, she has led significant projects and taught Harvard courses on religious literature. Founder of the Drama Club-FHF, she has mentored students and promoted Albanian literature through national and international initiatives. Actively involved in conferences and scientific publishing, she also serves on editorial boards and was named “Ambassador for Peace” in 2023 for her contributions to academia and society.

Elizabeth Jones will be a speaker at Education Today 2025, presenting on the topic: “Empowering Student Voice and Participation through Technology”. She is an Educational Consultant, international teacher, and senior leader with 30+ years of experience guiding teachers and children in their digital skills and expertise.
She has worked at the British School in The Netherlands for more than two decades Leveraging technology to support curriculum use is a key expertise for Liz. She has a PGCert in Teaching Primary Computing. In her work she has a broad perspective when tackling challenges whether it be strategic, ethical, technical or educational. Liz has worked with parents and families to enable them to build strong approaches to modern digital life. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between pedagogy and innovation to create inclusive, future-ready learning experiences. She has been the Induction Lead for The British School In The Netherlands for seven years, supporting new teachers and staff as they relocate internationally.
