R.I.P David Sassoli
European Parliament Speaker David Sassoli has died in Italy at the age of 65.
Spokesman Roberto Cuillo offered details in a tweet following the death of Mr Sassoli on Tuesday morning at a hospital in the northeastern Italian city of Aviano.
Mr Sasoli had been hospitalized since December 26 due to abnormalities in his immune system, Mr Quillo said in a statement issued the day before Sasoli’s death.

By decision of the Polish 🇵🇱 Presidency of the Berlin Process, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland will grant 6 full scholarships to students from the Western Balkans admitted to the College of Europe Natolin campus in Warsaw to study the Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies in the academic year 2020-2021.
Applications in the framework of the current 2019 call for applications can be submitted until 15 January 2020 on admissions.coleurope.eu.
