Today in Tirana, the 6th transnational meeting of the MOMAVET project partners was successfully held!

The latest steps, achievements, and essential details for the project's further development were discussed.

It was a productive day, full of new ideas and effective cooperation.

🏛️ Mbyllja e Projektit MoMaVET: Konsolidimi i Mobilitetit në AFP 🇦🇱🇪🇺
Sot, më 4 Nëntor 2025, Evenimenti Përfundimtar i MoMaVET Erasmus+ u përmbyll me sukses. Ky projekt, i bashkëfinancuar nga Bashkimi Evropian, shënon një hap thelbësor drejt forcimit të sistemit shqiptar të Arsimit dhe Formimit Profesional (AFP).

Fokus dhe Përfundime Kyçe të Ditës:

✈️ Mobiliteti & Mundësitë për Shkollat: U theksua që mobiliteti ndërkombëtar duhet të jetë një standard cilësor, jo një përjashtim, në kurrikulat e AFP-së në Shqipëri.

🛠️ Përmbledhje e Projektit MoMaVET: Arritëm të forcojmë kapacitetin institucional dhe të trajnojmë me sukses "Menaxherët e Mobilitetit" — ekuipazhi i ri, thelbësor për të çuar përpara shkëmbimet.
🌟 Dëshmi Frymëzuese: Studentët, mësuesit dhe koordinatorët ndanë histori transformuese që dëshmuan: mobiliteti i bën njerëzit më të aftë dhe sistemin më të fortë.
💡 Diskutim në Panel: Fokusi ishte në strategjitë kombëtare për të siguruar që programet e mobilitetit të jenë të qëndrueshme dhe të qasshme për të gjithë, duke konsoliduar mobilitetin si një shtyllë të zhvillimit të AFP-së.

🏛️ MoMaVET Project Concludes: Consolidating Mobility in VET 🇦🇱🇪🇺
Today, November 4, 2025, the MoMaVET Erasmus+ Final Event successfully concluded. This European Union co-funded project marks a significant step towards strengthening the Albanian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

Key Focus Areas and Takeaways from the Day:

✈️ Mobility and Opportunities for Schools: We emphasized that international mobility must become a quality standard, not an exception, within Albanian VET curricula.

🛠️ MoMaVET Project Summary: We successfully strengthened institutional capacity by training the crucial new cohort of "Mobility Managers"—the essential personnel to drive successful exchanges forward.

🌟 Inspiring Testimonials: Students, teachers, and coordinators shared transformative stories, proving that mobility makes people more capable and the system more robust.

💡 Panel Discussion: The focus was on national strategies to ensure that mobility programs are sustainable and accessible to all, cementing mobility as a key pillar of VET development.

We thank all partners and contributors for their invaluable effort. The foundation has been laid; now, let’s build the future!

Yesterday’s meeting marked an important step towards strengthening cooperation and promoting internationalization in the field of Vocational Education and Training.

🌟 Sharing Successes: We presented the results and best practices achieved so far within the MoMaVET project – from groundwork preparation to capitalization of experiences (see photos 📷).
🤝 Strengthening Collaboration: We reinforced international links between VET providers and partner schools from Albania.

Sot patëm nderin të takojmë ambasadorët e projektit MoMaVET. Ky ishte një rast i shkëlqyer për të diskutuar arritjet e jashtëzakonshme të projektit tonë për menaxherët e mobilitetit në arsimin dhe formimin profesional dhe për të ndarë vizionin tonë për fazën përfundimtare deri në vitin 2025.

Gjatë takimit, shqyrtuam thellësisht progresin e bërë në ndërtimin e kapaciteteve për menaxhimin e mobilitetit në arsimin profesional në Shqipëri. Patëm gjithashtu një diskutim frytdhënës mbi sfidat dhe mundësitë, duke u bashkërenditur mbi objektiva kyçe për të siguruar suksesin afatgjatë të projektit.

Ky takim forcon angazhimin tonë të përbashkët për të krijuar një sistem më të fortë dhe më të qëndrueshëm për mobilitetin profesional në Shqipëri!

A Productive Meeting with the MoMaVET Project Ambassadors! 🇦🇱🤝
Today, we had the honor of meeting with the esteemed ambassadors of the MoMaVET project. This was a fantastic opportunity to discuss the remarkable achievements of our Mobility Managers in VET project and to share our vision for the final phase through 2025.

We delved into the progress made in building capacity for mobility management in vocational education and training in Albania. We also had a fruitful discussion on challenges and opportunities, aligning on key objectives to ensure the project's long-term success.
