SacredTravels4Growth Project - A truly unique experience.
The past days in Santiago de Compostela were not just a study visit, they were a journey through history, culture, knowledge, and personal reflection.
From walking the Camino de Santiago, feeling the same paths that pilgrims have followed for centuries, to engaging in deep discussions on the economic, cultural, and social impact of pilgrimage, every moment blended learning with lived experience.
What made this programme so unique was the way it went beyond traditional formats:
โก๏ธ Learning didnโt stay in conference rooms, it happened in museums, on the road, in nature, and through conversations with real stakeholders and pilgrims.
โก๏ธ It connected academia, policy, and real-life practice in a way that felt authentic and inspiring.
โก๏ธ It combined heritage, sustainability, and innovation, showing how tradition can shape modern development.
Walking through rural landscapes, exchanging ideas with experts, and ending the journey with reflections at the iconic Santiago Cathedral, it truly felt like being part of something bigger than just a programme.
Grateful for this enriching experience, one that reminds you that learning can (and should) feel alive. ๐โจ
