📚 Preparing for the New School Year | Maarif Elbasan Campus

As part of our preparations for the new school year, our academic staff participated in two valuable seminars:

🤖 “AI & Teachers” led by our IT teacher Fjorela Qatja, exploring the role of AI in modern education and practical tools for the classroom.

🧠 “Burnout for Teachers” led by our school psychologist Jonida Bebja, focusing on teacher wellbeing, stress management, and preventing professional burnout.

Today, our academic staff had the opportunity to participate in an insightful seminar led by our school psychologist, Jonida Bebja, focusing on an important topic in the school environment:

🎯 Bullying Among Peers at School: How to Identify, Prevent, and Manage It

The seminar aimed to:

🔹 Increase teachers’ awareness and understanding of bullying and the different ways it can manifest.

🔹 Strengthen teachers’ ability to recognize early signs of victimization and aggressive behavior, and respond appropriately and effectively.

🔹 Promote a safe and supportive school environment built on respect, tolerance, empathy, and trust.
