HELLO TOURIST!
The Anguilla Tourist Board- Head Office remains a stalwart sponsor of the DOE's Hello Tourist Programme; a special tourism awareness program geared to Grade Six students aged 11-12 to foster greater understanding of the world of Tourism and Hospitality and the importance of the Environment to Tourism, and of the Service Experience to the guest.
In support of the Hello Tourist Programme, our Manager, Destination Experience, Mrs. Keri Rogers, today presented a sponsorship contribution to Ms. Carla Harris, Communications Officer at the Department of Education who represented Mrs. Candis Niles, Tourism Education Coordinator.
The Hello Tourist Programme plays an important role in introducing primary school students to the tourism and hospitality industry, helping to foster an appreciation for the sector and its significance to Anguilla's economy and culture from an early age.
The Anguilla Tourist Board is proud to support initiatives that educate, inspire, and empower the next generation of tourism ambassadors and industry leaders.
We extend our best wishes to the programme participants and organisers for another successful year.
