The Knowledge Exchange group is a network of talented professionals who share knowledge, best practices and experience, build relationships for information exchange and support, to build the capacity of their network members and share information about events, job opportunities and other career related activities. The Knowledge Exchange (KEG) also connects our Professionals with academic instituti

on the private and public sector companies and governmental organizations as well. The KEG formed in 2014 by group of young professionals in Kabul city and will be extended to all over Afghanistan with initial aim of to bring together professional youths from all over Afghanistan to provide forums for the exchange of knowledge and best practice and to discuss the day-to-day issues facing during their professional live. The aim of the KEG is to create a network of interested young professionals, practitioners to empower and encourage its members and promote the self-confidence, knowledge exchange and the reuse of competencies in their career and sharing resources in order to encourage them to boost up their professional career and defied the challenges agents their professional career our main objectives are:

To Collect and share educational resources

To exchange best practice within professional career (sharing experience)

To exchange knowledge and,

To establish a Network of professionals

مسله تبادل دانش توجه دسپلین های گوناگون اکادمیک مانند صحت، مدیریت، تعلیم، بازاریابی، و تحقیقات عملی اجتماعی را به خود جلب نموده است. که در نتیجه به نام های مختلف مانند انتشار دانش، پخش دانش، مبادله دانش، بکار گیری دانش، انتقال دانش، تبادل دانش و هم مدیریت استفاده گردیه است که ما انرا بنام تبادل دانش یاد می کنیم. که مجموعه از فعالیت ها و روش های بوده که برای انتقال دانش میان افرادی که به ان دلچسپی و ضرورت دارد میباشد. که این انتقال میتواند به شکل یک طرفه بوده که اکثرا از طرف محققین برای مشاغل بوده و یا هم به شکل دو طرفه میان تحقیق کننده گان و مشاغل میباشد.

Knowledge exchange issues have captured the attention of a variety of academic disciplines such as health, management, education, marketing, and applied social research. As a result, work in this area employs a variety of terms and concepts such as dissemination, knowledge diffusion, knowledge brokering, knowledge utilization, knowledge transfer, knowledge exchange and knowledge management that are often used interchangeably. We use the term knowledge exchange, which is defined as a set of activities and approaches that are undertaken to move knowledge among those who have interests or needs in it. This movement may involve primarily a one-way flow of knowledge from researchers to practitioners, or can involve the two-way movement of knowledge among researchers and practitioners recognizing that knowledge creation is not the sole domain of any one actor in a system.

اموزش, شریک ساختن, و شبکه سازی قدمی بطرف ترقی.

گروپ تبادل دانش یک شبکه از اشخاص مسلکی , متخصص و باتجربه است که با شریک ساختن دانش , بهترین شیوه های قبول شده, تجارب, و ساختن شریک برای تبادل معلومات برای کمک نمودن و ساختن ظرفیت اعضای گروپ و شریک ساختن معلومات در مورد رویداد های مهم , فرصت های شغلی, و دیگر مسایل مربوط به مسلک با هم گرد امده اند. و این گروپ اشخاص مسلکی را با اکادمی ها , سکتور خصوصی و کمپنی های عامه و ادارات دولتی در ارتباط می سازد.
گروپ تبادل دانش در سال 2014 توسط گروپ از جوانان مسلکی در شهر کابل تاسیس و به تمام ولایات افغانستان به هدف اساسی این که بتواند تا اشخاص مسلکی را از تمام افغانستان گرد هم اورده و شبکه های تبادل دانش و بهترین شیوه های قبول شده و مسایل روزانه را که در زندگی مسلکی با ان رو برو هستند بحث و تبادل نظر نمایند
هدف عمده این گروپ ایجاد شبکه از جوانان علاقه مند مسلکی , مشاغل, و محققان برای تقویه و تشویق اعضای گروپ , اعتماد به خود, تبادل دانش , استفاده موثر از صلاحیت ها در حرفه و تبادل منابع برای تشویق شان جهت ارتقا بخشیدن ظرفیت حرفه یی شان و مبارزه با چالش های که در زندگی حرفه یی با ان روبرو هستند میباشد. اهداف عمده این گروپ قرار ذیل میباشد:
- جمع اوری و شریک ساختن منابع اموزشی
- تبادل بهترین شیوه ها در عرصه حرفه یی تبادل تجارب
- تبادل دانش
- شبکه سازی
