Before to establish an institution on modern and scientific lines, the founders/leadership of Mustaqbil-e-Naween Private High School conducted a thorough and deep research in order to gain an insight about the demands and necessities of people, that what they expect from private educational institutions in the homeland. After their comparative evaluation and research in the country and abroad, they noticed weak negative and strong (positive points in both public and private institutions, Thus, it was decided to establish an institution which will fulfill the requirements of the 21stcentury. All conventional/modern methods and mechanisms from abroad and domestic systems have been utilized meanwhile, applied in increased number in Mustaqbil-e-Naween Private High School. All classes are well-equipped with modern technology, having excellent teaching practices of audio, video (video-conference), group activity and individual work, allowing better control for the evaluation and monitoring process both for the school administration and the parents. All operational worldwide mechanisms are utilized and applied in connection with the evaluation of students and personnel in the institution. They are scrutinized daily psychologically/physically under the eagle eyes of specialized and professional staff. All facts and findings of such scrutinization are saved in school management database which further facilitates the future course of action for administration and the parents, establishing a communication bridge between the school and the parents. Thus, the problems of each and every student and staff members are solved in reasonable and compassionate manner. Security measures of the school are controlled by the advanced modern technological system.An SMS will be sent automatically on the spot to the parents about the arrival and departure of their children with which they can feel secure about their children. In order to prevent disturbance inside the school, irrelevant people are not allowed to enter into the school premises. Furthermore,in order to take lead on educational institutions in the country, Mustaqbil-e-Naween has its first priority to prepare Afghan young generation well-equipped and well-versed morally,physically,psychologically and religiously. Apart from this, Mustaqbil-e-Naween Private High School is managed by the “Board” of experienced, knowledgeable and intellectual personalities. Through their invaluable and timely suggestions, knowledge is available at the doorsteps of Afghan Nation. The “Board” includes the following personalities:
