بو علي سینا خپل مست آس په ونه پورې وتړلو، واښه یې ورته واچول او خپله په یوه ګوښي ځای کې د ډوډۍ خوړلو لپاره کیناستلو. یو بل کس، چې خر هم ورسره و راغی، خر یې د بو علي سینا له آس سره نږدې وتړلو او خپله د بوعلي سینا تر څنګ کیناستلو.
بو علي سینا ورته وویل: لاړ شه! دا خر دې زما له آسه لرې کړه، خدای مکړه درته ژوبل یې نه کړي. د خره څښتن ورته وویل: دا ځای خو یوازې ستا نه دی، پرېږده چې زما خر هم تړلی وي.
شېبه وروسته د آس او خر تر منځ جنګ شو، چې په پاېله کې د خر پښه ماته شوه. د خره څښتن بو علي سینا ته وویل: اوس به راته تاوان راکوې، ستا آس زما د خره پښه ماته کړې. بو علي سینا خاموش ناست و. د خره څښتن مجبور شو، په محکمه کې یې پرې عارضه وکړه. قاضي، بو علي سینا راوغوښت، پوښتنه یې ترې وکړه، چې څه کیسه وه؟ بو علي سینا هماغسې چوپ و. قاضي په حیرانۍ سره زیاته کړه: فکر کوم دا کس ګونګی دی.
د خره خاوند په تېزه لهجه وویل: نه قاضي صیب! ځان یې په ګونګیانو کې وهلی، لږه شېبه وړاندې یې ماته وویل چې خر دې زما له آس سره نږدې مه تړه، چې درته ژوبل یې نه کړي.....
قاضي په ټوله کیسه پوه شو. بیا بو علي سینا وویل:
د جاهلانو په وړاندې غوره ځواب خاموشي ده!
