Field Trip Recap: Baraki Square Grade-Separated & Flyover Project
On July 4, 2026, the Civil Engineering Department at Kardan University took students on a field trip to the Baraki Square Flyover Project, currently under construction.
Students got to see real construction in action, including retaining walls and their role in earth retention, the concrete batching plant and how quality is controlled during production, plus reinforcement work, formwork, and foundation construction on site. Site engineers also shared insights on construction methods, safety practices, and project management.
A great trip to connect classroom theory with real infrastructure work!
