I've recently been diving into "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen M. R. Covey, and it's been a game-changer for my personal and professional life. One habit that truly resonates with me is "Think Win-Win."

In our fast-paced, competitive world, it's easy to fall into the trap of viewing life as a zero-sum game. However, Covey's "Think Win-Win" habit will teach us the value of collaboration over competition. This mindset encourages us to seek solutions and outcomes that benefit everyone involved, fostering a culture of mutual respect and shared success.

By embracing this habit, I'm noticing stronger, more trusting relationships, more effective collaboration, and a greater sense of fulfillment in my work and personal life. It's a reminder that when we support each other, we all succeed.

If you haven't read "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," I highly recommend it. It's a powerful guide to developing a more principled and effective approach to life and work.

RELF is a youth initiate organization with members from various nations with extraordinary leadership teams. This partnership would contribute to an effective network of expertise and knowledge from different cultures and countries through upcoming events.

Job Summary
As the marketing intern, you will be mainly responsible for outreach and promotion of Hamkar SDGs camp for attracting campers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Overall, you will be mostly engaged in communicating with potential campers through email and phone as well as outreach and promotion efforts to attract campers for the Hamkar camp. As a nutshell, the following is your main responsibilities:

You will help us to attract the new talents that the brand needs by:
• Communicating with current and potential campers
• Participating in relevant youth events and promote the camp
• Getting in-touch with universities and other youth-related organization and market the camp.
• Meeting different stakeholders in the market and create network
• Designing marketing materials e.g., flyers, posters, blogposts, articles (desirable)
• Giving insights for improvement of marketing and branding strategy (desirable)
• Promoting the Internship Desk through all the possible branding channels.
• And much more, there’s plenty of room to create your own marketing plan!

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have an excellent both verbal and written communication skills, marketing skills, interpersonal skills, and strong ethics in order to facilitate cross team collaborations. Ideally, she/he should be agile, self-motivated, creative, innovative, and collaborative to work in our talented group of people.
The following specific qualifications are required:
• Abilities to communicate in English;
• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student
• Your study covers Marketing and/or Branding or similar.
• Fluent in English (spoken/ written);
• Representative attitude;
• Great social skills;
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; editing photos/videos/presentations etc;
You can recognize yourself as
• Autonomous: You are disciplined enough to work without supervision and succeed.
• Proactive: There’s a lot to do, most of it we haven’t even thought of yet.
• Team-player: You are a social person who loves to work in groups, sharing responsibilities but also laughs, coffee, and of course success!

During the contract period you will receive
• A group of professional colleagues advising and guiding you to learn.
• Professional work experience in marketing and sales.
• A fun, flexible, and creative team of interns and other team members.
• Monthly fixed compensation (5000 Afn for post-graduate and 4000 Afn for Bachelors students).
• Bonus for every sale.
• Flexible schedule (internship may be both part-time or full time) and if needed, work from home option is also available.
• Career counseling
• Certificate of internship participation after finished internship

We are delighted to announce the 3rd edition of Hamkar Camps; Hamkar Camp is far more than an Educational project for us!

We aimed for youths and are committed toward their development in different perspectives, this goal forces us to select and prepare such a course during the camp that will have the highest impact.

Our great success up-to now is all to the brilliant team we had by our side and we are thankful to them, as our alumni network is too.

On our upcoming SDGs camp in Uzbekistan which will be during June, we will appreciate new talents joining our great network, contibute to the cause and explore adventures together.

امروز حاجی احسان الله اتل نسبت انفجار ماین کنار جاده این جهان فانی را ودا گفت و جام شهادت نوشید.

تسلیت برای فامیل ایشان و تمام فامیل همکار،
واقعا پست بودن و بی رحم بودن دشمنان افغانستان و مردم افغانستان آشکار است، خداوند (ج) همه ما را با از بین بردن شان حفظ کند.
