What Martin Cooper?

به گزارش سرویس فضای مجازی خبرگزاری صدا و سیما؛ در روز سوم آوریل ۱۹۷۳ میلادی مردم مردی را در حالی که از خیابان رد می‌شود و دستگاه کوچکی را در دستش می فشارد، دیدند؛ کسی که بعدها تاریخ بشریت را برای همیشه متحول کرد. او کسی نبود جز پدر تلفن همراه دکتر مارتین کوپر ( Martin Cooper) در تاریخ ۲۶ دسامبر سال ۱۹۲۸میلادی در شیگاگو در ایالات متحده‌ی آمریکا چشم به جهان گشود.

ساخت اولین تلفن همراه جهان
دکتر مارتین کوپر ایده ساخت گوشی همراه را از یک مجموعه تلویریونی علمی ـ تخیلی به نام "پیشتازان فضا " الهام گرفت که در آن شخصیت اصلی سریال با گوشی بی سیم حرف می زند و تصمیم گرفت روی عملی کردن این قضیه کار کند و به این ترتیب گوشی DynaTAC 8000X اولین گوشی تلفن همراهی شد که برای اولین بار از سال ۱۹۸۳ و با قیمت جالب توجه سه هزار و ۹۹۵ دلار به صورت تجاری در سراسر جهان به فروش رسید. مارتین کوپر در ابتدا در سال ۱۹۵۲ به عنوان مهندس الکترونیک در شرکت موتورولا کار می کرد که اولین گوشی قابل حمل را ساخت و اولین کسی هم بود که با گوشی تلفن همراه یک کیلوگرمی اختراعی خودش در ۳ آوریل ۱۹۷۳ صحبت کرد.
