Y-PEER Afghanistan Network with the Financial support of UNFPA Afghanistan and Logistics Support of Afghan Family Guidance Association held a Training of Trainers (ToT) from September till November 2022 in Kabul,Nangarhar,Herat and Kandahar Afghanistan. The objection of the TOT was to
enhance the knowledge of active Afghan youth, who don’t have access to public awareness, raising campaign opportunities to strengthen and spread high quality peer-to-peer education in the field of
adolescent and youth health and wellbeing, including HIV prevention, drugs prevention, early marriages, communication skills and trainers skills.
training among 200 Male and female youth. This TOT was conducted by an International Master Trainer from Y-PEER Tajikistan and National Master Trainers Afghanistan Network Y-PEER using peer education methodology for master trainers and Y-PEER Humanitarian Manual.
Interactive techniques were maintained throughout the training such as brainstorming, group works, role play games,presentations, energizers, icebreakers etc.
