Rahimi received his four years B.A. in TEFL from Nangarhar University and a Professional Certificate of Peace and Conflict Resolution in Thailand. hts, Research, Communication, Civil Society, and Democracy. He has solid communication skills in four languages and 17 years of diverse work experience. Rahimi is an Assistant Professor of English and Peace Studies at Nangarhar University, Afghanistan experience. Besides this, he conducts workshops and seminars for International and National organizations on Communication, Education, Research, Proposal & Technical Writing, SDGs, Eradication of corruption, Radicalization of youths, Women & Youth Empowerment, Civil Rights, Religious Freedom, Minority Rights Gender Studies, Community-Based Processes, and Social activities. Moreover, he is a volunteer member of civil society and human rights activists and facilitates social events and workshops. He was the International Editor of “Journal of Research Initiative” USA. Rahimi worked as an ELCLC (English Language and Computer Learning Center) Coordinator for Nangarhar a U.S.A. He also worked as Regional Coordinator with Afghans for Progressive Thinking NGO in order to promote the Culture of Peace, Tolerance, and openness through Dialogues and Debates among the young generation. In 2005, he founded the Kuzkunar Youths’ Educational and Cultural Organization with the goal to make awareness to eradicate corruption, injustice, and social exclusion of youths and accelerate better social services and empower the young generation through education and sports, which includes more than 200 females and 1000 young people who voluntarily work for the betterment of our society and organizes public campaigns for social welfare like polio vaccination, blood donation, plantation, and volunteerism. He has proven track record of Project Management & Implementation of humanitarian as well as development projects. In his journey of life, Mr. Rahimi was awarded one of the world’s prestigious fellowships (Fulbright) to teach Pashto Language and Culture at Fayetteville State University, USA. He not only taught but also studied Postgraduate Diploma in “English Language Teaching Methodology’’ from the same university. He was also awarded Rotary International Peace Fellowship, where he studied the “Peace and Conflict Resolution” professional development course in Thailand and Sri Lanka. He was awarded ICCR Scholarship for Ph.D. He published five research papers in International referred journals and Translated “Peace and Conflict Studies: An Introduction” for USIP. His articles on youth and social issues have been published in local magazines and websites. Rahimi has attended international conferences inside and outside the country. He has excellent networking & partnerships skills, & experience with donors & Government departments. Enriched experience in Human Resource Management, Grant & Budget Management, Operations, Monitoring & Evaluation. Rahimi has received several appreciation letters from the US State Department, the Afghan Senate, and other educational institutions.His vision for the second half of his career is to be an advocate for the marginalized through being a warrior for peace, a diplomat, and a humanitarian.
