☑Bachelor degree in English, education, or a related field
☑Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching English language (classroom and /or online)
☑ Having the ability to speak the official languages (Pashto & Dari)
☑ Knowledge of various teaching methods
☑ Native-level English fluency
☑Excellent written and verbal communication skills
☑ Organizational and time-management skills
☑ Patience and creativity
☑ Dedication to students and regulations

✅ Master degree in English, education, or a related field
✅ 6+ years of teaching English language experience (classroom and/or online)
✅ Experience developing curriculum
✅ Experience with distance learning or online education
✅ Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, etc.)

▶ Developing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum and students’ needs
▶ Assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve their English language skills
▶ Using a variety of teaching methods to cater to the different learning styles of students
▶ Encouraging students to participate in class activities and discussions
▶ Helping students develop their critical thinking and writing skills
▶ Preparing students for exams and assessments
▶ Keeping up to date with developments in the field of English language teaching
▶ Attending training courses and professional development workshops
▶ collaborating with other teachers and staff members to plan and deliver lessons
▶ Planning and preparing lessons, including creating lesson plans, gathering materials, and developing activities to engage students in learning
▶ Evaluating students on their knowledge of various topics
▶ Conducting classroom activities such as lecturing, demonstrating, or administering tests and quizzes
▶ Maintaining discipline in the classroom by enforcing rules or disciplinary actions as a necessary
▶ Preparing materials such as handouts, and homework assignments
▶ Assigning homework and interesting exercises
▶ Identifying students with special requirements and creating individualized plans
▶ Determining exam and assignment grades
▶ Providing feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
▶ Managing classroom crises and resolving conflicts
▶ Collaborating with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
