Start of the month 80kg pendulums we’re 1 rep RIR 0. ☠️

Now we’re moving 80kg for 7 reps and 26kg DB split squats with reps in reserve 📈

Seeing that progression in performance only makes me want to get better 💪🏻

Having a good set up is essential for maximizing your force production in your lifts.

Great saying I picked up along the way is “You can’t fire a cannon out of a canoe”.

Meaning you need a solid foundation in order to maximize force.

So making sure your seat is set up correctly and you follow the right cues before you start is essential for maximizing your success in your lifts.

Killer Chest and Tricep workout 🎯

📲 SAVE AND TRY THIS CHEST WORKOUT FOR YOUR NEXT SESSION

Swipe ➡️ across and tag a friend

1️⃣Banded mobility work ( not filmed )

2️⃣ Seated chest press
🔹2/3 warm up sets
▪️1 working set 8-10 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps

3️⃣ Seated machine flys
🔹 1/2 warm up sets
▪️1 working set 10-12 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps

4️⃣ Incline DB chest press
🔹 1 warm up set
▪️ 1 working set 6-8 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps

5️⃣ Incline DB chest flys
▪️3 sets tracking volume of reps same weight

6️⃣ Rope pulldowns
▪️3 sets 12 - 15 reps accumulating weight
🔻Drop set on the 3rd set to failure

This session will get your chest and triceps pumped! 💪🏻

Today's ab routine provided in the video posted this morning.

Been working hard on mid section recently seeing as its party season here in Dubai and here are lots of outdoor events happening.

Lot of guys asking for advice at blue marlin this weekend about getting in shape.

Key factors to take into consideration when looking to bring your abs through.

Reduce your body fat with correct dieting, exercising big training sessions like leg days in zero carbs will help reduce body fat quick.

Fasted cardio seems to work wonders for me so I make sure I do 30 minutes LISS everyday before my first meal.

Train abs regularly once you reach a low body fat %. I'm around 8% now and il train abs every day before fasted cardio on an empty stomach so I can get better contractions.

Plenty of sleep helps with weight loss and always stay hydrated.

Key word is consistency! If your able to keep on top of these factors below your have no problem finding those abs 💪

Only 6 weeks into working with me and Blayne's already taking shape very nicely.

Dropping 3kg in body weight and reducing his body fat so that he has visible abs.

Blayne still enjoys his weekends going to brunch and having nights out. He also still eats the food he loves but is following a diet regime from me which works!

Clip from today's chest session.
Been playing around with my carb intake this week. Ran a few zero days then had carbs + cheesecake yesterday and today's contractions during the session were crazy giving me an insane pump.

Today was playing around with chest fly changing different head positions/ angle I'm sitting and range of motion to see what contractions I get best and how the squeeze feels.
Always be different and experiment with different hand positions / angles Tempos and weights to optimise hypertorphy and keep the muscles guessing
