You know it’s leg day when your training partner looks like he’s on another planet and your both wondering who’s going to die first ⚰️
You gotta laugh in the face of pain and just get stuck in.
Most will run away others will run towards the pain.
Start of the month 80kg pendulums we’re 1 rep RIR 0. ☠️
Now we’re moving 80kg for 7 reps and 26kg DB split squats with reps in reserve 📈
Seeing that progression in performance only makes me want to get better 💪🏻

Having a good set up is essential for maximizing your force production in your lifts.
Great saying I picked up along the way is “You can’t fire a cannon out of a canoe”.
Meaning you need a solid foundation in order to maximize force.
So making sure your seat is set up correctly and you follow the right cues before you start is essential for maximizing your success in your lifts.

📲 SAVE AND TRY THIS CHEST WORKOUT FOR YOUR NEXT SESSION
Swipe ➡️ across and tag a friend
1️⃣Banded mobility work ( not filmed )
2️⃣ Seated chest press
🔹2/3 warm up sets
▪️1 working set 8-10 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps
3️⃣ Seated machine flys
🔹 1/2 warm up sets
▪️1 working set 10-12 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps
4️⃣ Incline DB chest press
🔹 1 warm up set
▪️ 1 working set 6-8 reps
▪️1 back off set 12-15 reps
5️⃣ Incline DB chest flys
▪️3 sets tracking volume of reps same weight
6️⃣ Rope pulldowns
▪️3 sets 12 - 15 reps accumulating weight

Only 6 weeks into working with me and Blayne's already taking shape very nicely.
