في إطار تعزيز المسؤولية المجتمعية ونشر ثقافة السلامة والاستعداد للطوارئ، تستضيف الكلية التطبيقية البريطانية في أم القيوين، بالتعاون مع مجلس أم القيوين للشباب ومؤسسة الإمارات ومبادرة ساند، الدورة الأساسية للاستجابة للكوارث وحالات الطوارئ.

تهدف الدورة إلى تنمية المهارات العملية في الإسعافات الأولية، والبحث والإنقاذ، والتعامل مع الحرائق، وتعزيز الجاهزية للتعامل مع الأزمات والمواقف الطارئة

British Applied College – Umm Al Quwain is pleased to welcome Ms. Lubaba Muhammad as an English Lecturer.

She holds an MA in Translation and a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Sharjah, combining strong academic qualifications with experience in teaching and academic research.

We are delighted to have her join our academic community and wish her every success in her new role.

يسرّ الكلية التطبيقية البريطانية – أم القيوين أن ترحّب بانضمام الأستاذة لبابة محمد إلى أسرتها الأكاديمية بصفتها محاضرة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

تحمل درجة الماجستير في الترجمة والبكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية وآدابها من جامعة الشارقة، وتجمع بين التأهيل الأكاديمي المتميز والخبرة في التدريس والبحث العلمي

شاركت الكلية التطبيقية البريطانية في فعالية يوم جيوهب السنوي 2026، التي نظّمتها بلدية دبي تحت شعار «تخطيط المستقبل يبدأ اليوم»، بحضور معالي المهندس مروان بن غليطة، مدير عام بلدية دبي.

ومثّل الكلية في الفعالية العميد التنفيذي، المهندس أحمد الصوفي، إلى جانب عدد من أعضاء الكادر الأكاديمي.

وقد شكّلت الفعالية منصة مهمة لاستعراض قصص النجاح والابتكار، واستكشاف آفاق ريادة الأعمال والتقنيات الجيومكانية، وتعزيز الشراكات ذات الأثر المجتمعي.

وتؤكد مشاركة الكلية التزامها بمواكبة أحدث التطورات التقنية، والتعاون مع الجهات الرائدة في مجالات الابتكار والتنمية المستقبلية.

British Applied College participated in GeoHub Annual Day 2026, organised by Dubai Municipality under the theme “Planning the Future Starts Today,” in the presence of H.E. Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality.

The College was represented by its Executive Dean, Eng. Ahmed Al Soufi, alongside members of the academic staff.

The event provided an important platform to showcase success stories and innovation, explore opportunities in entrepreneurship and geospatial technologies, and strengthen partnerships that create a positive impact on the community.

The College’s participation reflects its commitment to keeping pace with the latest technological developments and collaborating with leading organisations in innovation and future development.

British Applied College – Umm Al Quwain is pleased to welcome Eng. Ahmad Abdul Malik Abdul Hadi as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

With over 35 years of combined academic and professional experience, including 24 years at the University of Sharjah and extensive industry experience in semiconductor and photovoltaic solar manufacturing, he brings valuable expertise to our academic community.

يسرّ الكلية التطبيقية البريطانية – أم القيوين أن ترحّب بانضمام م. أحمد عبد الملك عبد الهادي محاضراً في قسم الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونيات.

ويمتلك خبرة أكاديمية ومهنية تتجاوز 35 عاماً، من بينها 24 عاماً في جامعة الشارقة، إلى جانب خبرة واسعة في مجالات أشباه الموصلات وتصنيع أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية. نتمنى له كل التوفيق والنجاح في مسيرته معنا.
