تشاركنا الأستاذة مجد الشيخ، رئيسة مجلس مديري مدارس الشارقة، رسالة حول أولويات القيادة المدرسية في بداية العام، وأهمية استثمار أول 30 يوماً في بناء الثقة وتعزيز العلاقات مع فريق العمل، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة إيجابية وداعمة للمعلمين والطلبة، ويجسّد دور مدير المدرسة قدوةً وملهماً.
