Hard Rock Hotel & Residences is set to transform Ras Al Khaimah’s Beach District with its opening in 2028. The development will feature approximately 300 hotel rooms, 395 branded residences, and is expected to generate more than 500 new jobs.

The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), in partnership with RAK Ports, has repurposed the old ferry terminal into an efficient boutique cruise passenger hub. The goal is to facilitate luxury, discovery and expedition cruise arrivals. The sector aims for 50 cruise ship calls per season.

A new benchmark in luxury leisure is on its way.
Ras Al Khaimah is set to launch the world’s tallest rooftop beach by 2026, as part of the upcoming Manta Bay resort on Al Marjan Island.
Positioned 197 feet above ground level, the rooftop will feature real sand, pools and panoramic views, offering guests a truly elevated beach experience in every sense.
This ambitious project reflects Ras Al Khaimah’s growing reputation as a forward-thinking destination blending innovation and unique hospitality experiences.
