We are hiring on behalf of our business partner for a key senior appointment within their Temporary Structure Systems (TSS) Division.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and holds full accountability for structural engineering integrity, code compliance, and design sign-offs across high-stakes infrastructure, industrial, and major event projects in the region.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
* Purpose: Full structural engineering authority, code compliance, and technical sign-off for all temporary structure systems.
* Key Scope: Structural calculations, CAD/drawing approvals, third-party authority interfaces, safe-by-design standards, and design team leadership.
* Essential Requirements: Civil/Structural Engineering degree, Chartered status (CEng or equivalent strongly preferred), and 8–10+ years in temporary works / structure design.

Mukta Bahadur Gharti began his scaffolding career in 2007 as a Scaffold Charge Hand in Qatar. Through dedication, hard work and years of hands-on experience, he progressed to Scaffolding Foreman and Scaffolding Supervisor, working on major metro, industrial and infrastructure projects across Qatar and the UAE.

Today, he is a proud CISRS Scaffold Instructor at Simian International, helping develop the next generation of scaffolding professionals through technical competence, safety awareness and real-world experience.

With 20 years of experience in the scaffolding industry, Mukta’s journey is a powerful reminder that true expertise is built in the field, and shared through those who have lived it.
