Fostering creativity in the classroom requires the teacher to focus mainly on the students needs, goals and learning objectives. Understanding the students' weaknesses and strengths can help facilitate the Learning and Teaching process. The best Teaching approach is the cooperative Learning approach where students can learn not just the academics, but also the soft skills. We in fact need to move to the student's learning style and design the learning module accordingly.
As teachers we must put the students' Mental, Physical and Emotional health at the core of Learning & Teaching mission.
