Behind every successful school is a strong operational team, and we are pleased to introduce Mr Shahidul Islam Rubel, Manager of School Operations at GEMS Wi******er Private School Fujairah.

With more than a decade of operational experience in British Curriculum schools, Mr Shahidul leads the systems and services that help keep our school safe, secure and running effectively.

His expertise in health and safety, facilities, risk management and emergency preparedness plays a vital role in creating the high-quality environment our students and staff need to thrive.

⭐ 23% achieved A–A grades*
