URGENT HIRING: HSE Officer – Excavation / Construction
Project: L&T Project
Location: Al Qudra, Dubai
Project Duration: 1 Month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Accommodation: Provided

Requirements
1. Valid NEBOSH IGC certification required.
2. Minimum relevant experience in excavation and construction site safety.
3. Strong knowledge of HSE practices, procedures, and site safety requirements.
4. Must be currently in the UAE with a valid UAE visa.
5. Ability to monitor and enforce safe working practices on site.
6. Indian nationality is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor excavation activities, site conditions, access/egress, shoring, barricading, and other excavation safety requirements.
2. Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
3. Ensure workers follow approved risk assessments, method statements, PTW requirements, and HSE procedures.
4. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and support incident/near-miss reporting and investigations.
5. Maintain HSE records and coordinate with the project team to close identified safety observations.
