International Dot Day! 🟢🟡🔵

Today was all about celebrating creativity, imagination and the beautiful idea that everyone can make their mark! ✨

Our little artists explored bright colours and created their own unique dots. 🎨 Every dot was different, just like every child’s wonderful imagination! We brought all the classes together to create one big colourful dot display, where everyone added their own special touch.

And, of course, we made it even more fun with our Dot Day dress-up! 👗🔵🟡

A day full of colour, creativity, confidence and lots of happy little faces! 💕✨

Every child has a story to tell, a talent to share, and a mark to make. 🌟

At the heart of every community, there is a nursery…

Here in Meydan, Kinder Castle Nursery is proud to be that special place — where every child is encouraged to be curious, confident and happy, surrounded by caring teachers and wonderful friends.
But for us, nursery is about more than learning. It’s about community, connection and sharing the joy of giving. Whether it’s a smile, a helping hand, a new friendship or a moment of discovery, we love creating experiences that bring happiness to our community.

Learning to Communicate in New Ways!
Today, our children celebrated International Sign Language Day by discovering some simple signs from British Sign Language (BSL).
Through fun, age-appropriate activities, the children explored how we can communicate using our hands, facial expressions and gestures — learning that there are many different ways to express ourselves and connect with others.
From learning new signs to practising with their friends, the children developed their communication and language, confidence, social skills and understanding of inclusion and diversity.
A wonderful reminder that every voice matters — and communication comes in many forms.

Our little explorers had so much fun creating their own colourful flower soups! 🌺🥣 Scooping, pouring, mixing, and exploring textures while developing their fine motor skills and imagination.✨

Learning through play, one splash at a time! 💕

A Little Bit of Fun, A Lot of Learning!
Who knew learning could be this much fun? Our children had a fantastic time taking part in this playful threading challenge, using their hands, eyes and concentration to complete the activity. There were lots of smiles, giggles and plenty of determination along the way!

Through play, the children were developing important EYFS skills, including:
Physical Development, Communication & Language, numeracy as well as their personal, Social and Emotional Development, all while havd fun!
