How much of our day do we really spend looking at a screen?

Meeting #278, led by TM Nevin, gave us an eye-opening opportunity to pause and reflect on our digital habits. From checking our own screen-time statistics to discussing practical ways to gradually reduce our digital dependence, the session was filled with useful takeaways.

We explored how stepping away from our screens can create room for the things we often put aside — our hobbies, our interests, and the activities that genuinely bring us joy. 🎨📚🎶

With plenty of interaction, laughter, and thoughtful conversations, it was a lively session that left us with one simple reminder:
