🏠✨ Our first House Assembly 🏠✨

Our students officially began their QE House journey, meeting their Flourish Tutors and discovering what their House represents. 💙💛

As founding students, they have a unique opportunity to help shape the traditions, character and spirit of their Houses from the very beginning. To mark the moment, every student added their handprint to their House board, literally leaving their mark on QE history. ✋🎨

Four Houses. One QE. Our founding students have left their mark. 🏠✨

A proud first for QE Dubai Sports City.

We welcomed our first cohort of Scholars across five strands, recognising their achievement, potential and the responsibility that comes with being part of this founding chapter.

With more than 450 years of history behind our story, the 1980s barely feel retro.👀

Maybe the next trend is obvious: QE in the 1500s? 😉

📚✨ This International Literacy Day, we’re celebrating the stories, ideas and discoveries that shape young minds.
Across our three library spaces, students can explore carefully selected books chosen to support their learning, spark curiosity and encourage a lifelong love of reading. 📖
It’s a tradition rooted in more than 450 years of Queen Elizabeth’s School heritage and one we are proud to continue here at QE Dubai Sports City. 🇬🇧🇦🇪

Assalamu alaikum 🇦🇪 السلام عليكم

We are honoured to share this inspiring message from His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, as students begin a new academic year. ✨

As Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City begins its founding year, we are immensely proud to open our doors on UAE soil and become part of a nation that places education at the heart of its future. 🏫📚

His Highness’s words remind us of our shared responsibility to nurture a love of learning, uphold national identity and prepare young people to embrace the future with confidence. 🌟🇦🇪

📅 31 August 2026 will always hold a special place in the story of QE Dubai Sports City.

From the anticipation at the entrance to the energy inside each classroom, our opening day reflected everything we had worked towards. Students met their teachers and began making the school their own. 📚

To our founding team, thank you for carrying this vision from its earliest building blocks to opening day. To our founding families, thank you for believing in what we were creating. This moment belongs to you too. 💙

The classrooms we spent months preparing are now filled with students, while the walls echo with their voices and laughter. 📚

We are also delighted to report that new friendships are already forming. As one very happy student proudly announced on the first day: “I made FIVE friends today!” 🥰

This is the sound of QE Dubai Sports City coming to life. 💙

✨31st August 2026 ✨
