Less prompting, more independence. 🌟

Prompts can provide the support a learner needs while developing a new skill, but the goal is for that support to gradually become less necessary.

Through prompt fading, assistance can be systematically reduced as the learner becomes more successful, creating more opportunities to respond independently.

The level and type of prompting used will look different for every learner and every skill. What matters is that support is individualised and faded thoughtfully towards greater independence.
