With over 15 years of rich teaching experience across the UK and Dubai, Mrs. Driscoll brings incredible warmth, expertise, and dedication to our FS2 classroom. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and Early Childhood Education from Anglia Ruskin University, her passion lies in making learning an inclusive, joyful, and exciting adventure.

At DGPS, Mrs. Driscoll focuses on creating a calm, happy, and safe environment where every child feels confident to build their independence and reach high standards of progress. She believes that when learning is made fun and challenging, children naturally thrive and discover their true potential.

With more than two decades of experience in the UK, Mr Jonathan Deakin brings exceptional knowledge, passion and curriculum expertise to his role as Head of Secondary Maths at DGPS.

After earning his degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education in 1997, Mr Deakin spent 23 years teaching mathematics, leading departments, coaching educators and supporting students throughout their academic journeys.

With additional experience as a pastoral leader and learning coach, Mr Deakin is known for his enthusiastic teaching style and ability to build strong, supportive relationships with his students. He is deeply committed to helping every learner achieve their full potential. If you walk past his classroom, you may even hear him singing the quadratic formula to make complex concepts memorable!

We are delighted to have Mr Deakin leading our Secondary Mathematics Department and inspiring our students to approach the subject with confidence, curiosity and enthusiasm.

With over a decade of international teaching experience across the UK private sector and the UAE, Mrs Daisy Hunt brings extensive expertise, energy and leadership to our Year 6 team.

She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology with Neuroscience from the University of Southampton, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with a specialism in Science from the University of Exeter.

Mrs Hunt has taught across a wide range of year groups, from Year 2 to Year 9. Her extensive experience gives her a strong understanding of key-stage transitions, enabling her to guide students and parents confidently through these important milestones.

In her role as Associate Assistant Principal, Mrs Hunt is committed to ensuring that every student at Dove Green Private School has an enriched and purposeful school experience. Alongside this, she is Phase Leader for Year 6 and Transitions and Head of Year 6, supporting students throughout their final year of primary school and helping them to make successful transitions into the next stage of their education.

Passionate about adaptive teaching, Mrs Hunt tailors learning to the needs of her students, ensuring that every lesson maximises engagement and helps each child fulfil their potential.
We are proud to have Mrs Hunt guiding our Year 6 students through this important and transformative year of their primary journey, while playing a key role in ensuring that all students across Dove Green experience opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.
