Today marks a special moment in the world of chess ♟️

Uzbek Grandmaster Javokhir Sindarov was personally received by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who awarded him a state honor for his outstanding achievement 🏅

Javokhir delivered a brilliant performance by winning the Candidates Tournament — one of the most prestigious and challenging events in chess, featuring the world’s top 8 players. This victory earned him a place in the World Championship match 🌍

In November, we will witness a historic clash for the world title against reigning World Champion Gukesh Dommaraju 🇮🇳

This will be the youngest World Championship match in history by average age:
Gukesh — 19
Javokhir — 20

The prize fund will be $2.5 million, with 60% going to the winner and 40% to the runner-up 💰
