Food Revolution Cluster aims to create true value by working with food system at Zayed University and the larger UAE community (From Farm to Table)

Zayed University, Dubai has provided a two-year grant in support of a “cluster” of research projects aimed at designing a model for
social innovation the entire food supply chain (from farm to table) that is conducive to the environmental and cultural conditions in the UAE. The central research questions guiding the clustered
projects are:
Q1: How do we build a food system that is sustainable,
fair, healthy and happy? Q2: What is the value of the system to the community?
